Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Amali Jules UK.

Shopping online is different to walking in to a store and trying something on so we understand that you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase and that's why we are here to help.

Returns
We are happy to provide you with 30 days (from receipt of your item) to return your item to us for any reason, the exception being earrings for health & safety reasons. All we ask is that you return it unused and unworn; in it's original packaging; with labels attached; and in a padded envelope.

Refunds

Once we have received your item we will assess it and if you have a valid refund we will process it straight away. Note that refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your bank and card issuer but typically it is much less time than this. 

Shipping
You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any claims for lost in post items must be within 90 days

We highly recommend returning items using a tracked postal service and packaging your item in a box or sealed padded envelope.

Amali Jules cannot take responsibility for items damaged or missing in transit.
