Postage and Delivery Timeframes

We aim to post standard orders (up to 1kg) within 1-3 business days and will use Royal Mail Tracked delivery services within the UK where the item value is under £100. Royal Mail Special Delivery is uzsed for items above £100 or for higher value items within the UK. Royal Mail International Standard is used for addresses outside of the UK and for the Channel Islands.

For Bulky Items (1-20kg) we use DHL courier services and this can take 3-7 working days to send.

The customer takes responsibility for all customs duties and taxes applicable in their own country.

Shipping costs are updated regularly and are notified and selectable at the point of ordering.

Non-Delivery or Missed Delivery

In the event of items not delivered by Royal Mail or DHL, notification must be made to Amali Jules within 80 days from the shipping date. Notification must be made by emailing info@amalijules.co.uk. Amali Jules cannot accept responsibility for lost items after 80 days due to Royal Mail policies on lost mail.

The customer is responsible for receiving the goods at the shipping address. Any goods returned to Amali Jules due to being unclaimed/undeliverable will require further postage charges to re-send if still required. Refunds can only be claimed for the value of the goods as postage charges cannot be refunded.
